Coordination of Wedding Ceremony Only

  • Meet with the couple before the wedding day to discuss the specifics of the ceremony

  • Assist with the coordination of your rehearsal the day before your wedding

  • Contact all ceremony vendors the day before to confirm times and locations

  • Arrive at the ceremony site 90 min. prior to make sure (and assist as needed) the ceremony is set up exactly to your specifications 

  • Coordinate seating and assist in handing out the  programs as needed

  • Coordinate with your vendors to ensure a timely start for your ceremony

  • Coordinate wedding party and family line up for processional and recessional

Happily Ever After - Package 2

Have you planned every detail of your wedding? Have you chosen all of your vendors.... made all of your plans and just need someone to pull it all together for you? Let A Brides Best Friend help you begin your happily ever after with our Day of wedding coordination package

This includes......

  • Initial consultation

  • Unlimited phone calls and e-mails (1 month before your wedding)

  • Meet with you before your wedding to go over timeline, confirm order of seating for ceremony, confirm order of announcements, special dances and songs to be played during ceremony and reception

  • Meet with you and your musician / DJ to confirm music selection and songs to be played during ceremony and reception

  • Meet with you at your reception venue to finalize all of the details

  • Contact all vendors the week before to confirm times and locations

  • Assist with the coordination of your rehearsal the day before your wedding

  • Transport all items as necessary to ceremony and or reception site (such as favors, place cards, cake knife, card box ...ect.)

  • Give all vendors a schedule of events so everything can be set up perfectly and on time

  • Personal assistant for the bridal party

  • Ceremony set up and decoration as needed

  • Assist ushers with handing out programs and seating of guests

  • Coordinate processional; make sure everyone gets down the aisle in the correct order and at the right time.

  • Assure reception site is set up and decorated to your specifications

  • Work closely with banquet manager to assure your reception is exactly as it should be

  • Identify and correct any potential issues before they are noticed by you and your guests

  • Distribute vendor payments and tips as needed

  • Coordination of bridal party's grand entrance

  • Coordinate with your musician / DJ all special dances and announcements, cue them when to begin music

  • Gather all gifts and rental items and get them back to appropriate place.

Cinderella - Package 3

Have you dreamed about having the fairytale wedding but wonder how you will ever find the time to actually plan the perfect event? 

Our Full Wedding planning package is for couples that are just too busy or overwhelmed by the thought of planning their entire wedding.

This includes….

  •  Unlimited phone calls, e-mails and consultations as needed

  • Assist you with color scheme and theme reflecting your style and personality

  • Assistance in setting up and sticking to your budget 
  • Helping you find the perfect ceremony and/or reception site

  •  Assistance in choosing the  band, DJ, photographer, baker, transportation even hair and make-up as needed

  •  Assist with choosing a florist and design of bouquets

  •  Assist with choosing your favors and offering you a significant discount

  •  Assist with choosing, addressing and mailing invitations offering you a significant discount

  •  Assist with reception set up and seating arrangements

  • Assist with finding accommodations for out of town guests

  • Assist with gift bags for out of town guests

  •  Develop and distribute a wedding day time line as needed

  •  PLUS EVERYTHING in the Happily Ever After package!

Pricing for this package starts at $2,500

Getting married in 2009? You can still get 2008 rates, a 50% deposit will hold your date and lock in your price!

  • All packages require a deposit 50% deposit to hold your date. 

  • There will be an additional travel fee for weddings that are more than 40 miles from 06105. Overnight accommodations may be requested when traveling more than 2 hours one way.

We wanted to alleviate some stress for our prospective clients. Forget about the back and forth e-mails and the phone tag. You see our packages, you see our prices no guess work. Most event coordinators won’t give you a price without a lot of details. It sometimes can turn out to be a high pressure sales call and once you get to the bottom line (price) you have wasted a lot of time. We at A Brides Just Friend don’t understand that. A wedding is a wedding, plain and simple. If you are having 50 guests or 500 we are going to give you the same professional quality service.  We won't charge you more just because we think you can afford more.  A Brides Best friend offers you an amazing deal at an amazing price because every bride deserves to have her dream wedding at an affordable price and most importantly be treated like a princess on her wedding day!!

Quinceañera (Sweet Fifteen) or Sweet Sixteen

We have seen an increasing trend for sweet 15 & sweet 16 parties and have decided to include these types of events as part of our service. Planning a Sweet fifteen or Sweet 16 celebration is very similar to planning a wedding.

This is a very special time in a young girl’s life, a “coming of age celebration” a time for family and friends to get together for an INCREDIBLE party. It is a time she will remember forever.

A Quinceañera started as a Hispanic tradition which is a celebration of a girl’s fifteenth birthday (also known as a sweet 15). It customarily includes values of the Latino culture – God, family, friends and social responsibility. Today many families are merging their Hispanic and American traditions by celebrating a Sweet Sixteen.

Whether a Sweet 15 or a Sweet 16 party, the families (both Hispanic and American) tend to go with the full-blown traditional quinceañera customs which include:

*A theme that represents the girl’s individual taste

*A religious ceremony

*A reception

*A Gown and Tiara (with the number 15 or 16)

*A first dance with her father (or honored male family member)

*A choreography that she and her Court of Honor perform.

Traditional Gifts are signs of loyalty and commitment to God, family and the community. Those gifts are usually presented to the priest for special blessings.

Some examples are:

Tiara - representing a "princess" before God and the world; a triumph over childhood and ability to face the challenges ahead.

BRACELET or RING - representing the unending circle of life, it symbolizes the unending emergence of the young woman's abilities and future contributions to society.

Cross, bible or rosary- Signifies faith - in God, in herself, and in her world.
